Plant Protection Institute, Sośnicowice Branch, owns technical equipment that can be leased to outside contractors to perform specific tasks.

• Basic Agricultural Equipment



• Plot Bicycle Sprayers are used for proper and precise application of pesticides. Treatment accuracy is assured through control of stable pressure of output liquid before each application series. Following Standard # PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 the above-mentioned parameter is checked with measuring devices calibrated according to national measurement standards.



• Oyord Wintersteiger Plot Seeder is a self-propelled machine intended to sow portions of grain/seeds (100-1000g) on small plots of land (1 – 21.5m2). Its design allows to regulate the row length and seed spacing. It also allows for sowing small portions of grain/ seeds on small areas, typically used for plot demonstrations. The seeder size is adjusted for compatibility with other equipment owned by the Department.



• Nurserymaster Elite Plot Combine is a machine used for precise crop harvesting of different cultivated plants species. The combine design allows for thorough harvesting even from very small plots. The Department owns two machines.
